Booking confirmation:
– To reserve a stay, payment of the amount corresponding to 25% of the total stay is required.
Booking cancellation:
– Free cancellation, without costs, up to 10 days before the arrival date.
– Cancellation of the reservation less than 10 days before the arrival date does not give the right to a refund of the advance payment.
– Failure to show up at the Inn on the arrival date implies the collection of 100% for the stay.
Returns:
– The client can claim the return of the advance payment in case of free cancellation, within the established deadlines.
– The refund will be made by the same means as the advance payment, that is; If the client pays by card, a refund will be made to the card, and if the client pays by transfer, they will be asked for an account number to send the amount corresponding to the advance payment.
– The return will be made within a maximum period of 7 days.
